With Congress, not with the President. Unfortunately, if Congress is heavly populated by those who agree with the President, then you have a problem. And last time I looked, the Congress was heavily Democratic. So if Obama is elected, we definitely have a problem. Like Hitler, Obama is not the hero his disciples have been hypnotised into believing he is. Unfortunately, by the time they wake up to that fact, it'll be too late. |||he's upholding the virtues of the constitution... justice, bill of rights and so on.
*don't forget that slavery was also in the constitution but that was outlawed. that was changed. and if you are angry with obama for changing the constitution.. you must also be angry with the freedom of the slaves, women's rights and so on. and quite frankly if there were no womens' rights (esp. women's suffrage), you wouldn't be talking so boldly now would you?

That method is spelled out very clearly in Article V. This was once taught in grade school civics classes but has been removed by the politicians who fear what would happen if the citizens they seek to control learned the control methods are illegal.
