Why does Obama request to dismiss the case against him instead of show the proof?

Obama is being asked in a federal Supreme Court to submit proof that he is a citizen, why waste all of our time and money and not just provide the proof? Why is he asking it to be dismissed? What does he have to hide?|||He didn't ask it to be dismissed. He's not even a party to the case. And it was already tossed out of court, weeks ago.|||No, he isn't.





The federal court already dropped this case.|||I think that is done with.|||he already has|||He did submit proof, the same anyone would submit, his official birth certificate from Hawaii. Hawaii confirms that it is accurate. The Supreme Court (most of whom were conservative Republicans before being appointed to the bench) decided this case was so lacking in merit that they dismissed it.

The state of Hawaii has provided all requested info to them concerning this issue. The suit claims the document isn't legitimate but they offered nothing into evidence to the contrary. The logical legal step at this point is to ask for dismissal due to a lack of evidence.


I have to wonder if you were as adamant about seeing the evidence when GWB was accused of wrong doing. Or if you are as committed to the truth to demand that the government substantiate their claims against the guests in hotel Gitmo with real evidence. Obama's people won a major victory in getting the Feds to dismiss the case. But that does NOT mean Obama IS a true U.S. citizen, mind you: Either he is or he got away with it.





Obama, I suspect, has PLENTY to hide--but sadly, he has some pretty effective people covering for him. But eventually, a scandal is going to break loose that even his best people can't cover up or hide.
