Obama was seen entering the room with his earpiece so his coaches could tell him what to say. Not a fair forum was it? Did Michelle tell him what to say? I noticed Obama never looked him in the eyes either, what is Obama ashamed of? Could he be hiding something? How come Obama will not do a real townhall meeting with McCain is he that afraid of questions? |||I have all the same questions you do. I noticed too he couldn't look Warren in the eye. Usually when someone looks down and to the side, as Obama did through much of that interview, they are being deceptive according to body language experts.
I also am very bothered that he can't answer without a prompter. I mean, who exactly is pulling the puppet strings?

It wasn't a real debate; just a long interview of the candidates separately. It was nothing more than a feel good conference. People are making to big of a deal over that thing.|||What?|||Obama is good when he can control the environment, make prepared speeches without questions at the end, or is in a "rock star" forum where the "fans" don't really give a crap what he says...
He's not so good when he has competition or faces people who don't think he's the messiah. This has been noted repeatedly in the debates leading into the Democrat nomination, in the debates with Hillary, and his recent run-in with a more neutral questioner at the forum.
I am sure that he is avoiding town halls because that calls for thinking on one's feet. I have seen no evidence that Obama is good at that - quite the contrary he's much more prone to mistakes when he doesn't have a canned answer and must resort to actually thinking about an answer.|||Obama stunk up the place with his vague and nuanced answers and McCain nailed it.
I would not put it past liberals to cheat and then accuse the other side of doing exactly that. |||Where they telling him to say "ummm eerrrrr, uh uh uh, ummmm"?|||I didn't see the ear piece but if he did have it - it didn't work very well for him did it? I did notice he kept his eyes down towards the table though. Almost like he was afraid to make eye contact- or listening to someone?
