This would free up $10 Billion dollars a month we are currently spending.
Bail out strategy from bottom up plan. Instead of giving the money to Wall Street and still displacing families, restructure mortgage rates and principles. The net effect will still make the securities that are based on these mortgages adjusted to market values. People will get to keep their homes, and we will not have a flood of foreclosed houses on the market driving down other property values.
Lastly, with a tax credit giving to the middle class they will use the funds and spend it. This consumer spending will stimulate the recovery of the economy. This in turn will drive businesses.|||Well, if you look at our current production possibilities table, we are operating under the economic line. The reason is unemployment. The reason for the unemployment rise is higher gas prices and foreign competition. What Obama wants to do is rise taxes to create more jobs and end America's dependence on foreign oil by putting tax money into alternative oil research. Basically, he wants to create more jobs to employ more people to get back on the economic line. So far, he has done nothing to help because he hasn't been in office for too long. As for Bush, I believe that he is blamed for all our problems because people don't know who else to blame. But he hasn't helped at all. He is just employing Reaganomics on a country that it will never work on.
