How did Obama become the epitome of what we voted against?

I voted for Obama because I felt he would be different than Bush. I have been sorely disappointed, and in fact he's looking more and more like a Bush clone everyday. Did corporate interests corrupt him? What do you think made him change so drastically from the man we voted for?|||The truth is, he started out corrupt. He is a master at saying what you want to hear and then doing something else. He is a product of the thoroughly corrupt Chicago political machine. Did you really expect him to be honest? He is completely beholden to the special interests that got him there. He also is an ideologue who has only one thing on his mind. . .Power. . Government power. If you want someone to take over and "rule" us, then he's your man. Some of us actually listened to what he said BEFORE he was elected and thus are not surprised at how he is currently acting.

I don't think he's like Bush. Bush for all his faults at least meant well. Obama doesn't.|||Those who voted for him took him at face value and didn't look into what he stood for.

He is doing what he promised - Change.

Social activists (also known as Community Organizers) are FOR big government and increasing government spending. He is also a pathological liar. If you did your homework before the election you would know that that is what he was and is.

Corporate interests did not corrupt him, he was corrupt from the beginning.|||Yes, obama was corrupted. Obama does not really have any power. He is told what to do and what to say. It was a matter of time. When will America get a good president that makes a difference.|||He always was " what we should have voted against" Unfortunately some bought the hype, the false rhetoric and drank the Obama kool aid.

I am proud to say I did not!|||He never fooled me!

Americans got the government they wanted!|||Obama is only human an does the best he can|||fooled us all

cant trust anybody to keep there word anymore|||He didn't. I suspect it's all in your mind.
